SMT Line Un-/Loader

Offers affordable line automation to small and medium-sized operations. 

The Easy4U Loaders and Unloaders offer simple operation and state-of-the-art robotics to take a PCB assembly from a rack magazine and to load any SMT conveyor, pick&place machine, reflow oven etc. When the rack is empty a visible signal will notify the operator to exchange it for a full rack.

The Unloader functions in reverse. When a PCB reaches the end of the line it is drawn into the rack which is then indexed in readiness to accept the next assembly.

Most standard racks can be accommodated and change-over is extremely fast, <20 seconds.

These low-investment, stand-alone systems are ergonomic in design and use a minimal floor space of 1,0 x 0.7m (3ft.3ins. x 2ft.3ins.). The systems are PLC controlled and have a SMEMA interface.

Easy4U systems are universal in principle and can simply interface with any manufacturer's system, with no modification necessary to existing installations.
